AMIT SHARMA

Amit worked with J.P. Morgan for over 10 years and has experience in industry research and investment management with a particular focus on technology, internet and telecom. In addition to analyzing differential strategies and industry trends, he also worked on several transactions and IPOs. He has extensive experience in strategic evaluation, valuation techniques, transaction documentation, post-investment management and stakeholder management.

Prior to joining eWTP Arabia Capital, he supported Jessica in some of the marquee deals in India such as CRED, Box8, Happy Easy Go, GigIndia etc. Some of these transactions have delivered exits with impressive returns. He also led strategic investments for Xiaomi India. He has deep understanding of investment eco-system in India and MENA markets.

He is an MBA (Finance) from Panjab University in India. Additionally, he has multiple certifications in Financial Analysis and Valuation techniques.
