Min Hui is a senior lawyer with 17-years of experience in investment, financing and legal fields. Prior to joining the fund, she worked for Silk Road Fund (the sovereign fund of China which focuses on international investments) offering advanced legal advice to various overseas investment transactions.
Prior to this, she worked at Simmons & Simmons (UK) and King & Wood Mallesons LLP, where she focused on direct investment and financing.
She graduated from Tsinghua university with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law and has the degree of Master of Laws in University of California, Berkeley.
